PYOG is a rewards-based crowdfunding platform. Backing a campaign means you are pre-purchasing rewards from a creator — not buying equity, securities, or a share of future royalties. Nothing on this platform constitutes an investment offering.
PYOG ("Put You On Game") is operated by TheDailyHourglass LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your use of pyog.org and any related services. By using PYOG you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction to use PYOG. By using the platform you represent that you meet these requirements.
PYOG is a crowdfunding marketplace where independent artists, producers, athletes, and other creators ("Creators") launch time-limited funding campaigns. Supporters ("Backers") contribute money in exchange for rewards — physical goods, experiences, early access, or other creator-defined benefits. PYOG is not a securities platform. No investment contracts, royalty interests, or equity stakes are offered or sold through campaign contributions.
PYOG charges Creators a 6% platform fee on funds successfully raised. This fee is deducted before funds are disbursed. Backers are not charged additional fees beyond the contribution amount.
Contributions are charged immediately when you back a campaign and are non-refundable — whether or not the campaign goes on to reach its funding goal — except where required by applicable law. Payouts to Creators are reviewed and issued by PYOG at our discretion. If you believe a Creator has materially misrepresented their campaign, contact us at support@pyog.org.
You may not use PYOG to:
All PYOG branding, design, and platform code is owned by TheDailyHourglass LLC. Creators retain ownership of their campaign content. You grant PYOG a license to display that content on the platform for the duration of your campaign.
PYOG is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that campaigns will be funded, that rewards will be delivered, or that the platform will be available at all times. We are not liable for the actions of Creators or Backers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheDailyHourglass LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of PYOG shall not exceed the amount you paid to PYOG in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
